Ciao, sono Benedetta. A passionate Italian designer¹, strategist² and futurologist³ currently working at EY-Seren, the global research and design consulting, transforming how business mrrts the needs of people and the planet. 

Trained as an industrial designer in Milan (Politecnico di Milano), I graduated graduated from the Royal College of Art in Service Design (MA). There, I explored the role of design to transition towards sustainable future(s). Previous jobs as a future thinking lecturer (POLIMI), design thinking masterclass facilator (Innovation RCA) and service design freelancer (Design Council).
